Welcome to AARO Northwest. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any accounting, advisory, or consulting services provided by AARO Northwest ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
AARO Northwest provides professional accounting, tax advisory, and business consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be outlined in a separate, mutually executed Engagement Letter. These Terms are incorporated into and form a part of any such Engagement Letter.
To provide accurate and timely services, you agree to:
We do not audit or independently verify the accuracy of the information you provide unless explicitly agreed upon in writing in an Engagement Letter. AARO Northwest is not liable for any errors, penalties, or losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the client.
We take the privacy and security of your financial data seriously.
All templates, proprietary methodologies, software configurations, and tools utilized or developed by AARO Northwest during the course of our engagement remain the sole intellectual property of AARO Northwest. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use final deliverables (such as reports or financial statements) for their intended business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AARO Northwest's total aggregate liability for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of this agreement or our services—whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise—shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client to AARO Northwest for the specific service or engagement giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
In no event shall AARO Northwest be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement or service agreement upon written notice, subject to the notice periods outlined in your specific Engagement Letter. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying AARO Northwest for all services performed and expenses incurred up to the effective date of termination.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
